In their short time together the band has already made an impact on the Oz Country Music scene. Highlights so far include:
Winning the inaugural Australian Country Music Battle of the Bands November 2007 in Rockhampton, beating out stiff competition from The Bostocks The Aaron Daniels Band & more. Most impressive was that this competition was the first time the band had played together live on stage!
Performing with Tania Kernaghan at Australia’s largest rodeo event the APRA NFR Bull Riding International & Country Music Spectacular. The show was such a hit, they were asked to open for Shea Fisher and Steve Forde the next evening and left the 4000 strong audience screaming for more.
Winning the Coca Cola Battle of the Bands at Tamworth Country Music Festival 2008, taking second place at the Toohey's New Country Music Band Challenge 2008, plus a performance on the Tomkins Showcase.
Being invited to appear at the Emerald Benefit Concert in March plus an invitation to conduct workshop and concert at Gympie Country Music School of Excellence later in the year.
With a Live EP already released, the debut album in production and single due for release very soon, 2008 is shaping up to be one hell of a year for these talented guys! For Craig Morrison Little Cowboys the ride has just begun!
